Redemption & Conditions

The gift certificate can be redeemed in the Cruise Memories online shop at cruise-memories.de. It can be used for all available products in the shop.

The certificate is sent digitally by email and contains an individual voucher code. Cash payment of the certificate value is excluded.

The certificate is valid from the date of issue until the expiration of the statutory limitation period. The period is generally three years and begins at the end of the year in which the certificate was issued.

Partial redemptions are possible. A remaining balance can be used for later orders.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of the certificate. If the certificate has already been redeemed in whole or in part, a refund can only be issued in the amount of any remaining balance, if applicable.

How is the voucher delivered?

By email, usually within a few minutes of ordering – with a personal voucher code. You can print it out and hand it over or forward it directly.

How long is the voucher valid?

From the date of issue until the end of the statutory limitation period – that is three years after the end of the year in which the voucher was issued. Plenty of time, even for trips that are yet to come.

What if the trip hasn't even taken place yet?

Perfect – that’s exactly what the voucher is for. The recipient can simply redeem it after the trip, once the ship and dates have been finalized.

Can the voucher be partially redeemed?

Yes. If the full amount is not used, the remaining balance is retained and can be redeemed on a later order. Cash payouts are not possible.
